RERA certificate, layout approval and the draft agreement for sale: we go through them with you and flag anything worth asking the developer about.

Buying Through a Channel Partner: Common Questions
Is this the official Sattva Group website?
No. Sattva Projects is run by Narayanan Rajesh, an independent RERA-registered agent who is an authorised channel partner for Sattva Group projects. Sattva's official website is separate.
Will I pay more by booking through a channel partner?
No. Channel partners are paid by the developer, so the price of a unit is the same as on Sattva's own price sheet. We share the sheet with you in writing so you can check.
Who do I make payments to?
Always directly to the developer's project bank account, as given in the booking form and agreement. We never collect booking amounts in our own name.
How can I verify your RERA registration?
Our agent registration numbers are Karnataka PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/170823/000045 and Tamil Nadu TN/Agent/0082/2024. You can search them on rera.karnataka.gov.in and rera.tn.gov.in.
Which Sattva projects do you cover?
We currently list 14 Sattva projects across Devanahalli and Airport Road, Yelahanka, Hennur, Doddaballapur, Old Madras Road, South Bengaluru, Nelamangala and Mandya. See them all on our projects page. If the one you want isn't there, ask us anyway.
Can you help if I live outside Bengaluru or abroad?
Yes. We can send video walkthroughs of the site and the specific plot or unit, share documents digitally, and coordinate with your family member or power-of-attorney holder for signing and registration.
