Who we are

Sattva Projects is a property marketing website run by Narayanan Rajesh, a RERA-registered real estate agent based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Narayanan Rajesh and the Sattva Projects team.

What we collect

• Details you type into our forms: name, mobile number, email address and any message or preferences you add.
• The page you sent the enquiry from, so we know which project you're asking about.
• If analytics is enabled, anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To arrange site visits and send project documents you've asked for.
• To register you with the developer as our client when you decide to book, which is how channel partner bookings work.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to other agents or marketing lists.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're helping you, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal or record-keeping reasons.
