We are not the developer, and this is not Sattva Group's official website.

Project details, including areas, plot counts, amenities, images, layouts and timelines, are taken from developer material and RERA filings and are provided for general information only. They may change without notice, and some images are artist's impressions. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or legal or financial advice.

Before booking, please verify the current price, approvals, sanctioned plans and RERA registration with the developer and on the relevant state RERA portal. Your purchase is governed only by the agreement you sign with the developer.

Payments

We never ask you to pay booking amounts or instalments to us. All payments for a property should go directly to the developer's account as stated in your booking documents.

Trademarks

Sattva Group's name, logo and project names belong to their owners and are used here only to identify the projects we are authorised to market.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
