Who runs this site
Narayanan Rajesh, RERA-registered agent
Sattva Projects is run by Narayanan Rajesh, a real estate agent registered with both Karnataka RERA and Tamil Nadu RERA, who has advised home and land buyers across Bengaluru for more than ten years.
Over that time, many of the families he has helped chose Sattva projects, from apartments near the airport to plots in Mandya. This site brings that experience into one place: current Sattva inventory, honest answers about each project, and a single point of contact from the first call to the registration office.
Being a channel partner means the developer pays our fee. It doesn't mean we stop asking awkward questions on your behalf.
